What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery schedule is:

Can I choose a specific time for delivery?
We work with time slots of approximately 2-3 hours (morning, afternoon, or evening). If you need a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee deliveries at exact times due to factors such as traffic and delivery volume.
What happens if the recipient is not at the delivery address?
If the recipient is not present:
1. We will try to contact them by phone
2. If possible, we will leave the arrangement with a neighbor or at the front desk (buildings)
3. Otherwise, we will take the arrangement back to our shop and coordinate a new delivery (additional charge may apply)
Do you offer emergency or express deliveries?
Yes, we offer an express service with delivery within 2-3 hours in Loudon, Lenoir city, Sweetwater and some areas Knoxville subject to availability and with an additional charge. Please contact us directly to verify the possibility of this service.
How can I care for my floral arrangement to make it last longer?
To maximize the life of your flowers:
Keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight, heaters, and air conditioners
Change the water every 2-3 days with fresh water at room temperature
Trim the stems 1-2 cm at an angle each time you change the water
Remove wilted leaves and flowers to prevent bacteria growth
If we included a packet of flower food, add it to the water following the instructions
Satisfaction Policy and Returns
What guarantee do you offer on your flowers?
We offer a freshness guarantee of [24-48] hours. If your flowers do not stay fresh during this period under normal care, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?
If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before delivery, 100% of the value will be refunded.
For cancellations with less than 24 hours, a processing fee of [percentage]% will apply.
Orders already in delivery route cannot be canceled.
What happens if flowers I chose for my arrangement are not available?
If a specific flower is not available (due to seasonality or unforeseen circumstances), our florists will replace it with another of similar value and beauty, maintaining the style and color of the original arrangement. We will always notify you of any significant changes.
