Shipping Policy
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to Loudon, TN, and surrounding areas. Please verify your zip code at checkout.
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day.
- Delivery Logistics: If the recipient is not home, our drivers will follow the specific instructions provided during checkout or leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area.
- Accuracy: Victoria Creations is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or restricted access (e.g., gated communities without a code).
Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh flowers), our policy is as follows:
- Freshness Guarantee: If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Joinchat or email with a clear photo of the arrangement.
- Replacements: If a quality issue is verified, we will replace the arrangement at no additional cost.
- Cancellations: You may cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive Store Credit for the full amount. Cancellations made on the same day as delivery are not eligible for credit or refunds.
- Non-Returnable Items: Fresh flowers are perishable and cannot be returned. Non-perishable gift items may be returned within 7 days in their original packaging for store credit.
