Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you.
At Victoria Creations, we earnestly endeavor to please every customer with beautiful, handmade floral arrangements. Since we handle perishable products, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and quality.
1. Refund Exceptions (Store Credit Only)
To maintain our commitment to craftsmanship and manage the high costs of perishable inventory, we do not offer cash, debit, or credit card refunds once an order has been placed.
- All approved cancellations or modifications will be issued as Store Credit.
- Your Store Credit never expires and can be used at any time of the year, including holidays.
2. Quality Issues & Claims
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your arrangement at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt).
- 24-Hour Window: Any dissatisfaction regarding freshness or quality must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Evidence Required: You must provide a clear photo of the flowers via Joinchat or email.
- Resolution: Verified issues will be resolved through a replacement arrangement or an adjustment in Store Credit at our discretion.
3. Non-Delivery and Incorrect Information
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or lack of access provided by the customer, the order is not eligible for a refund or credit. Redelivery may be available for an additional service fee.
4. Payments via Third Parties (Afterpay, Square, PayPal)
Store credits are issued by Victoria Creations. If you used Afterpay, you remain responsible for your payment schedule with them, as your resolution from us will be provided as Store Credit.
